For A Better Day Foundation Inc. Welcomes Rose Cure-Persad as Director of Community Alliances and Social Services

Broward County, FL — For A Better Day Foundation Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Rose Cure-Persad, LCSW, as its new Director of Community Alliances and Social Services, effective Monday, May 12, 2025.

Rose Cure brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted commitment to social impact, mental health advocacy, and community empowerment. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), she has dedicated her career to serving diverse communities across South Florida. Prior to joining For A Better Day Foundation, Rose held a key leadership role at the City of Tamarac, where she played an instrumental role in developing programs that supported families, seniors, and underserved populations.

In her new role, Rose will oversee the foundation’s social services initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand outreach efforts throughout South Florida and beyond.

Her expertise will help guide programs that address mental health challenges, promote resilience, and provide holistic support for individuals and families in need.
